Made by Gabilondos y Urresti, Elgoibar, Spain. A standard "Ruby" type 7.65 pistol for which the company had an order of 30,000 units every month for the French army. Gabilondo sought help from several other Spanish manufacturers. Many were alike, but they had various names and identifying marks.
