This is one of the few pistols firing the .32 ACP cartridge that was designed to fire from a locked breech. Known as a "long-recoil system," it is not really necessary for a cartridge of this low power. The pistol was complicated and expensive to manufacture. Most specimens encountered show excellent workmanship in fit and finish. First made in .32 caliber in 1912, the .380 caliber was first made in 1916. Designed from a British patent. The pistol was used in the Hungarian service.
