No longer manufactured, this is was one of the 70 series pistols in the Beretta line. Modification of the 1935 model featuring a high speed thumb safety and an improved sear. Made with both steel and alloy slide. Most U.S. imported models are marked "Berben". Models marked "Garcia" use a slightly different magazine (#973)and grip (#1531).
